Dog Breeds - Basset Hound
The Basset Hound is a medium sized Hound with shot legs which was initially bred to hunt with their scent.
Although they can be quite stubborn they are very friendly and fit in well with the family and children and can be obedient given correct training. The Basset Hound has a variety of colours although most commonly found in white with chestnut coloured markings.
