The Harrier is a medium sized breed of hound dog, similar to the standard English Foxhound although smaller in size and used primaraly for hunting rabbits and hares.
The Harrier is a very active breed and requires a good amount of daily exercise. They are very good with children and prefer to be in amongst others, weather it be a family of humans or pack o dogs, they are very sociable.
