The Hungarian Kuvasz is a large Pastoral originating from Hungary and bred for the purpose of guarding livestock.

It has a very 'dense' coat which is most commonly white. The Hungarian Kuvasz as been described as having average working dog intelligence as well as having a 'clownish' sense of humour. The are very protective of their families and very loyal too.
