Dog Breeds - Hungarian Vizsla
Originating from Hungary (hence the name), the Hungarian Vizsla is a medium sized gundog representing one of the best mixes of sporting dogs and loyal companions.
The breed tends to be fearless and lively although also gentle mannered, affectionate and sensitive. They tend to be a solid gold rust colour all over although some variations do have some markings including white marks on the chest and toes etc.
The Hungarian Vizsla is a self cleaning dog. Excellent swimmers, pointers and retrievers, they are very loyal and affectionate as well as quiet and don't tend to bark unless required or provoked.
