The Samoyed is a large Pastoral dog, taking its name from the Samoyedic people of Siberia. They are bred for herding reindeer and are fluffy and white.
They have incredible stamina and require a lot of exercise and mental stimulation to prevent them getting bored and destructive. The Samoyed dog has virtually no smell or odour about them and thus making them much easier to keep indoors. They are very friendly and stay playful and youthful even into their old age if well cared for and exercised.
