The St. Bernard is an extra large working breed of dog which originates from the Swiss Alps, where it was bred, and become exceptionally famous, for mountain rescue.
Due to thier large size they do require being socialised at a young age. St. Bernard's tend to be very loyal and are generally non-agressive.
