- Hiya, I did email you earlier.....here is Fred in all his glory! Just wondered about any quick fixes for jumping up as a greeting - both dogs are guilty of this!

- consistency is your best friend. gently pushing your dog off, telling him a calm no, and pointing away from you can eventually solve the problem, but you have to do it every single time. Also, reward by petting without excitement, when the dog sits quietly to greet you instead :) Don't get frustrated if it doesn't work after a couple of days... it may take time
