I started cooking and baking for my dogs because my three year old Lab, Monkey, developed food allergies. No matter how hard I tried I could not find treats that used basic, natural ingredients. Monkey finally found relief with a home cooked diet, but when it came to treats no matter how holistic or natural they claimed to be, within days she would develop zits on her chin and a painful ear infection. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and bake treats that I was sure were not only good for my dogs to eat, but good enough for me too. My dogs loved them and I could see the symptoms of Monkey's allergies quickly disappearing.  I started receiving compliments on the shape of my dogs as well as how soft and shiny their coats looked.  I started giving treats to friends and neighbors for their dogs and right away they were asking for more. Based on this reaction and knowing others are dealing with the same issue, I created Mr. Gamble's Dog Bites.
